1:1 Kids Fitness Training
Experience personalized training sessions with our Child Development Specialists or Youth Fitness Trainers. These sessions are designed to help young participants develop their physical abilities, social skills, and cognitive functions through fun and engaging exercises. Our specially designed facilities combine colorful workout areas with exciting play zones, encouraging children to build a positive relationship with fitness and active play.
## Group FitKids Programs
Our FitKids Group Program brings together small groups of up to 12 children with our expert coaches to learn fundamental movement skills and showcase the abilities they've developed in their 1:1 sessions.
These group activities are crafted to support children in learning essential physical skills in a fun, social environment. Our sessions focus on developing strength, coordination, gross motor skills, balance, and core stability through age-appropriate exercises and games. Individual attention is provided as needed to ensure each child's success. All sessions are carefully planned by our child development specialists and led by our enthusiastic youth fitness coaches.
Our FitKids program runs at our Castle Hill location. Sessions are 45 minutes long and packed with excitement and movement.

As an NDIS-registered service provider, we specialize in offering personal training services tailored for children with disabilities. Our dedicated team of NDIS personal trainers is expertly trained to meet unique support needs. We pride ourselves on creating and refining this specialized training, developed in collaboration with disability communities and endorsed by leading organizations. To date, we've successfully conducted over 1,000 training sessions, consistently witnessing the transformative effects of regular exercise on the lives of those with disabilities.

Exercise is universally beneficial, enhancing fitness and health for everyone. However, its impact on individuals with disabilities extends beyond physical benefits to holistic well-being. Engaging in regular exercise, whether independently or with a personal trainer, offers multiple advantages:

Our group exercise sessions offer a diverse range of activities, encompassing everything from light weight training and core strengthening exercises to agility drills, balance workouts, fat-burning routines, cardio-fitness activities, interval circuits, and stretching. Additionally, we incorporate a variety of multi-sport activities, such as badminton, table tennis, fencing, and boxing, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for all participants. To enhance the social aspect of our classes, we always conclude our training sessions with a social lunch, providing an opportunity for participants to connect, relax, and enjoy each other's company.
Our Group Exercise classes are scheduled every Tuesday at our indoor facility at Castle Hill. All our sessions are conducted indoor to ensure our sessions proceed safely and comfortably.
Session Schedule:

Tuesday: 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM and Social lunch after
We provide all necessary equipment for the training sessions, ensuring you have everything you need for an effective workout. However, if you have a preference for using your own equipment, such as boxing gloves or a yoga mat, you are more than welcome to bring them along.
For your comfort and safety, we recommend the following:

A towel and water bottle to stay hydrated and comfortable.

Sunglasses and sunscreen during the summer months for protection from the sun.

Comfortable workout attire and appropriate gym shoes for optimal movement and support.
The cost for participating in our group exercise class is $50 per individual including lunch. 10% discount if you enroll for 10 weeks period time. You have the option to make the payment when you arrive at the session, or you can pre-pay by getting in touch with us in advance.
To accommodate your preference, we accept a variety of payment methods including cash, major credit cards, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
We are proudly supports over 100 individuals who utilize their NDIS funding to access our specialized NDIS fitness program. Fitness and Personal training offers a wide array of benefits for people with disabilities, contributing significantly to achieving various NDIS and personal goals.
Participants can use four different funding items from both the NDIS core and capacity building support categories to finance their initial NDIS fitness session. Our approach involves working in general community settings, this model aligns with supporting NDIS participants in social and community participation, an aspect that is eligible for funding.
Core Supports: Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation.
A trainer from The Swing Academy facilitates a fitness activity in the community to allow participants to socially engage.
Capacity Building: Improved health and Well-being
A trainer from The Swing Academy provides personal training and fitness session to a participant to improve their health and wellbeing
Capacity Building: Increase Social and Community Participation
A trainer from The Swing Academy engages a participant in regular physical activity, to increase a participant's fitness levels and confidence so that they can walk to shops independently
Capacity Building: Therapeutic Support
A trainer from The Swing Academy works as an allied health professional to provide personal training session to improve daily living goals.
