Grow kids potential
We are excited to offer the following services to help children in our community grow strong, healthy, and confident. NDIS funding can be applied to all our services. Quotes and Service Agreements are available upon request.
1:1 Kids Fitness/sport Training
Experience personalized training sessions with our Child Development Specialists or Youth Fitness Trainers. These sessions are designed to help young participants develop their physical abilities, social skills, and cognitive functions through fun and engaging exercises. Our specially designed facilities combine colorful workout areas with exciting play zones, encouraging children to build a positive relationship with fitness and active play.
Group FitKids Programs
Our FitKids Group Program brings together small groups of up to 12 children with our expert coaches to learn fundamental movement skills and showcase the abilities they've developed in their 1:1 sessions.
These group activities are crafted to support children in learning essential physical skills in a fun, social environment. Our sessions focus on developing strength, coordination, gross motor skills, balance, and core stability through age-appropriate exercises and games. Individual attention is provided as needed to ensure each child's success. All sessions are carefully planned by our child development specialists and led by our enthusiastic youth fitness coaches.
Our FitKids program runs at our Castle Hill location. Sessions are 45 minutes long and packed with excitement and movement.
*Join us to help your child discover the joy of fitness while achieving personal growth milestones!*
